Tips to organize a Bachelor’s party

A bachelor’s party is meant to be fun, wild, and extravagant. If you are organizing a bachelor’s party, here are some tips that you might find helpful:

  • Consider the invitee- Make a list of your invitee. Party ideas will depend on the people you are inviting. After you make your list, you can share your party ideas with them and also ask for theirs.
  • The venue- The venue is a very important factor to decide while planning a bachelor’s party. Decide where you want to throw the party. It can be your own house, preferably if the number of invitees is small and if your house has a spacious lawn or backyard where you can make arrangements for food. You can also make a small bonfire and play music in the background. If your invitee list is huge, consider renting a public restaurant, beach house, pub, or farm house.
  • Food - Contact a good and efficient catering service in your locality. Order for delicious mouth- watering food items. Here are some options for you:
    • Pizza- order pizzas with different toppings. Also order garlic bread, french fries, caesar salad, and cheese sticks as side dish.
    • Barbecued food- if you are throwing the part at your own house, consider having a barbecue in the backyard. The aroma of kebabs and steaks will add to the party atmosphere. Examples of barbecued food are hamburgers, hot dogs, fish, sausages, etc. You can include side dish like smashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, potato salad, beans, and pasta salad.
    • Submarine sandwich- you can make a jumbo submarine sandwich at home or order it from a shop.
    • Finger foods- arrange for delicious finger foods which you (and your guests) can munch all the time while being engaged in other activities. Finger food includes cheese balls, corn dogs, spring rolls, chicken wings, jalapeno poppers, potato chips, etc.
  • Games- Sports are a great way to gang together and enjoy. Arrange for games like baseball, volleyball, tennis, badminton, football or paint ball. If your friends are not very athletic and don’t like playing games, you can get tickets for a local sporting event.
  • Entertainment- In a bachelor’s party, guests look for good (sometimes wild) entertainment. Here are some options:
    • Consider hiring a live band. But before hiring, consider the size of your venue- whether it can accommodate a band. If the party is at your house, seek permission from your neighbors (whether they are OK with the noise).
    • If you are a lover of soft music, you can arrange for background musicians who will play guitar (and other instruments) during the party.
    • Consider a comedian who will make you burst in laughter. But don’t make this your only entertainment (It’s a bachelor’s party after all).
    • Party strippers form the winning formula of a bachelor’s party. Arrange for party strippers and allot a specific time for their performance. Inform the guests beforehand so that those who are not very comfortable can leave before the performance starts.
If you reside in Brisbane and are planning to hire party strippers for a bachelor’s party (that you are organizing), but are confused about how to book them, you need not worry. There are many agencies that provide party strippers in Brisbane. You can see photos of strippers and choose those you want for your party.
